My interest in health began at an early age because my father was a medical doctor. My earliest memories of his treatments were what are now natural remedies mostly abandoned by the medical community. Choosing doctors has been difficult for me with the standard set by my father so I tended to pay close attention to what I chose to put into my body.

I wanted to find natural means to support my health with clean food, quality supplements, and therapies to build health rather than to compromise it. I’ve attended many workshops, conferences, classes and have researched natural remedies to help my family, friends, and myself. Recently I have completed studies and am now a board certified Naturopath.
